  • Both packages include photo editing and special effects used at Memories…DVDs discretion. Your high resolution photos and non-protected music provided to Memories…DVDs on CD. Some photos may not be used. Be sure to specify any photo “must haves” by photo number and thorough description. Memories…DVDs will be happy to choose compatible music if you prefer. If so, please initial here ______.
  • Many photographers copyright their work. Written permission from your photographer is required, and must be provided with your CDs and this agreement. Your photographer will be named in the credits.
  • My Photos were not taken by a professional photographer. Please initial here   ______.
  • Memories…DVDs reserves the right (with the highest standard of taste and good judgment) to use any portion of the finished product for promotional purposes.
  • Please allow 3-6weeks for completion. Every effort is made to produce your slideshow in a timely fashion, however, please keep in mind that this is NOT an “assembly-line” type production, and quality is not sacrificed for speed. Each order is completed before the next clients’ order is begun.
  • Due to the nature of this service, all orders are non-refundable. No exceptions.
