  • Both packages include photo editing and effects, i.e. cropping, soft focus, black & white with color accents, etc.,

used at Memories… discretion. Your high resolution photos and non-protected music provided to Memories… on CD. Some photos may not be used. Be sure to specify any photo “must haves” by photo number and/or thorough description. Memories… will be happy to choose compatible music if you prefer. If so, please initial here ______.

  • Many photographers copyright their work. Written permission from your photographer is required, and must be provided with your CDs and this agreement. Your photographer will be named in the credits.
  • My Photos were not taken by a professional photographer. Please initial here   ______.
  • Memories… reserves the right (with the highest standard of taste and good judgment) to use any portion of the finished product for promotional purposes.
  • Please allow 3-4 weeks for completion.
